(January 14 & 15, 2011) After staking his claim as one of Tulsa’s top chefs in the kitchens of Caio, The Brasserie, Sonoma and Duke’s, Chef Justin Thompson finally has his own place, Juniper. It’s easily the most-talked-about restaurant opening in Tulsa in the past year. This week on OKfoodie, Chef Justin shares his culinary creativity with listeners, preparing a Blueberry-MintVinaigrette to top a salad of Baby Greens, Candied Pecans and Shaved Parmesan.
The main course is Herbed Gnocchi with Roasted Winter Vegetables on a Pesto Cream.
And, for dessert, Juniper’s signature Chocolate Bread Pudding.
